My family and I have been going to Dr. Tinsley since 2013. He is extremely knowledgeable, kind, and patient. We have always been happy with the care we have I want to add: We lost our 26-year-old autistic daughter to cancer in 2020 , but she saw him confidently for 7 years. Prior to Dr. Tinsley she had to have dental work completed in the hospital because she was extremely fearful. With Dr. Tinsley she could be treated in the office, and for that I will always be grateful. I highly recommend Dr. Tinsley and his staff.

Dr. Tinsley needs help. When you are scheduled for several hours of work but the doctor doesn’t get booked for it, but you’re sedated already, that’s bad planning. Crowns and root canals that I had done are painful. Look elsewhere for a well-run office and solid dental care.

Staff is great, Tinsley is not. He gave me a terribly painful crown, then he redid it (for free, which was cool) twice. I still have daily pain in that tooth. I don’t trust him with my teeth. My recommendation is to go elsewhere because insurance won’t cover another dentist when Tinsley messes up.

I’m not a good patient but Drs. Tinsley and Shultz are the best at making my whole family feel unafraid and comfortable. We’ve been patients there for over twenty years!

Front desk was confused, could not get my new patient "paperwork" which was supposed to be electronic to work right. Dr. Tinsley was short with me and I didn’t feel like really gave a crud about what I had to say - he is a know-it-all who likes to hear himself speak in my opinion. I won’t be going back there after my inital poor experience. At least they took my insurance so my payment was small-little consolation when the doctor is rude and seems rushed.
