We love Dr Dorsch! I had 2 kids with braces at the same time and they made sure to schedule them the same times and worked well with my schedule. All the assistants were wonderful as well. Highly recommend!

I absolutely love going in for my orthodontist visit. The staff is very friendly and Dr. Dorsch always makes me laugh. I did extensive research on a good orthodontist for the Kansas City Area. I have had braces 5 times and wanted someone who could truly make me happy with my smile! If you google search for top Orthodontists in Kansas City, Missouri, Dr. Dorsch comes up on a google search as Expert recommended Top 3 Orthodontists in the Kansas City, Missouri. I did research on him and he has been doing it since 1983! He has a doctrine in oral surgery, and Masters in Orthodontics! He was even a Professor at the University of Missouri, KC, School of Dentistry in the Department of Craniofacial Orthopedics To me that alone stood out and why I selected him! He runs 3 clinics and I can truly see his passion. I have had braces 5 times and wanted someone who owned their own clinic, wasn’t just into the business for the money and was very knowledgeable and caring. He has all these traits and more! My exam consultation was of no charge, and I had no insurance. At this visit they take a CT scan, a 3D imagery X-ray, that he prints out. This is used instead of impression trays. I work in dentistry and have had braces so many times to know impression trays are not fun to make or get done on yourself. At the consultation they make an entire personal folder with imagery scan and pictures of the day of the consultation, your goals and pricing plan, and he then gives you this to take home. I did an extensive review, but it’s because I have looked for so long and have had braces five times now, and with his amount of positive reviews he has ,the years of experience he has been doing this for, the education background he has, and even google search he comes up first thing, I was completely set on him as my top choice. He makes me smile every visit and he is very caring! The entire staff is very friendly and caring!

Dr. Dorsch and team have been amazing. The staff are very helpful and professional, and Dr. Dorsch has been great to work with. Everything has gone very smoothly. My daughter got her braces on and off in a year with no issues. The office runs like a well-oiled machine. My daughter’s teeth look beautiful and I am getting ready for my next daughter to get her teeth done...heck, I may get my teeth done too! Thank you, Dr. Dorsch and team!

The staff is very friendly and professional. I love that my son earns points and can purchase gift cards with them for taking care of his braces. This helps him with responsibility. This is my 2nd child going through braces at this location. I highly recommend.

Dr. Dorsch & his staff are wonderful. They are super friendly and make you feel comfortable from the very beginning. Dr. Dorsch goes over every step with you and explains how everything will work, as well as showing you your xrays and how he expects the results to be. I’m very happy with this ortho office & highly recommend!
