If I could give them a Zero star I would. I bought a Groupon for a cleaning. After making an appointment, I was contacted by their office a couple weeks later stating they were no longer honoring any Groupons purchased and that Groupon was supposed to be issuing refunds for any Groupons purchased unless I wanted to pay more to keep my appointment. Well here we are a month later and after several emails back and forth with Groupon, still no refund. This is terrible business practices. They could have at least honored the Groupons that had been purchased. This has been the biggest hassle and pain. My appointment was also scheduled 2 weeks before my wedding so I had no time to find an appointment elsewhere, but still did not keep my appointment here due to the terrible customer service.

I was there for cleaning and hygienist Linzi and her assistant Patty were really very comforting and sincere in their hard work- felt very good after the cleaning- staff and the Doctor also gave very useful advice to take care of the teeth and regular flosetc

Amazing, kind staff. Incredible with both adults and children with anxiety. We love having a dental office that is both extremely knowledgeable and also has amazing bedside manners.

I have read previous reviews and wanted to set the record straight. I have been a patient for over 8 years and refer people to the office all the time. The NEW staff it’s very competent and knowledgeable. They thoroughly explain to me my insurance benefits and treatment plan. I have had no surprises in billing. James does an excellent job cleaning my teeth and Dr Bhoot is phenomenal with her treatment and chair side manner.
