Fantastic Experience! Fantastic Dentistry Practice! Can’t say enough good things about the entire team at Belton Modern Dentistry. Efficient and friendly front desk staff. EXCEPTIONAL Dentist Asst. (Rachel) AND Hygienist (Ashley Brown). Rachel was genuinely engaged in me (e.g., What do you have planned for the day?) and my tooth/overall health. Ashley was SO GOOD at the cleaning and provided great tips, methods, and suggestions for ensuring my life-long tooth health (e.g., did you know you should floss first, before brushing…and why?). You can tell how passionate and engaged Ashley and Rachel are in their profession…this isn’t just a job to them, instead, they are authentically interested in dentistry and helping you have the best mouth health. And, Dr. Holmes leads the team with thoroughness, curiosity, professionalism, and compassion. He, too, is clearly wanting the best for your health. Love this practice. Glad I found them.

I went to my appointment for periodontal care on 1-23-24. I had not been to the dentist for a whole year. When I arrived, I was pleasantly greeted by the receptionist and sat down. I didn’t wait very long before being called for my appointment with Ashley’s Brown RDH. The entire experience was pleasant. When I got into the exam room, Ashley examined my teeth and told me what care I needed. I was really impressed when Ashley told me she would only provide care that was needed, instead of doing unnecessary things that would cost more money. Ashley also explained everything she was doing before she did the work. That made me feel at ease and relaxed. I felt the entire visit from beginning to end at Belton Modern Dentistry was a pleasant experience and I would definitely recommend them to all my family and friends.

I had an emergency takeplace and have extreme anxiety about everything, especially medical issues. I contacted BMD and from top to bottom it was a perfect experience. They processed my information the same day, schedule my appointment for 2 hours. My pain level was around an 8 out of 10. The Receptionist was kind and thorough. The Dental Assistant got my Xray done quick and helped calm my anxieties. The Doc sat down and looked at my Xrays, explained the issue and the how quick it would be. I’m sure not every emergency is super quick but from the time I opened my mouth to the time I was done was less than 15 minutes. I opted for no pain meds, side note. My pain was about an 8 when I went in and literally a 0-1 when I left. I scheduled a follow up for next week and she was amazing and kind too. I have zero anxiety about that. I will definitely be getting my regular checkups from now on because of how kind and efficient everyone was. Oh... and I needed to stop at one point during that 15 minute process... he didn’t make me feel bad. He just scooted back, let me take deep breaths and collect myself for a minute. THAT IS WHAT I NEED!!! ❤️ So thankful to be pain free and know that I have a place to go. I wish I remembered all their names (but I was a little consumed by my pain). When I go back next week I’ll ask and to my best to add their names here becUse they deserve to be recognized. ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Hello, I just want to give everyone a heads up. If you are looking for a dentist DO NOT use Belton Modern Dentistry, Dr. Holmes and Dr. Rogers have no business practicing! I went in to establish care and a routine cleaning. Dr. Rogers said I needed 2 root canals on my front teeth (It took over 9 hours) They did the root canals and crowns- quoted me over $2500.00 after my insurance paid $1400.00. Nothing seemed right- They kept falling out. I was in so much pain. After a week one of these teeth broke off my gum line. I went back and they told me they think I need another root canal on the SAME 2 teeth. He broke a bit off and sealed it in my gums. I went to another dentist because this just felt wrong and boy was I right. These people did an unnecessary procedure which left me missing my two front teeth. I have had 3 root canals on the same teeth. They refuse to refund me my money unless I sign this form saying I won’t sue them. They went in and deleted all of my billing from the smile generations website. This wasn’t just a bad experience, this should never happen to ANYONE. Before walking in this place, I did not have bad teeth. They ruined my smile! Please be careful. Modern Dentistry is already in a class action law suite for the "fees" they inflict on their patients. This place wanted me to sign a "Non-Disclosure" all to get my money back. They never preformed the work- The work they did do caused physical and emotional harm. And the office "Manager" is a horrible human! Keep your loved ones away from this place! Update- I posted a photo of the "Non-Disclosure" they wanted me to sign. RESPONSE- KARIN, I WON’T BE CONTACTING YOU EVER AGAIN. UNLESS THERE IS A LAWYER AND A JUDGE IN THE ROOM :)

I went in for a basic cleaning and waited for about 2 hours which was fine with me, I understand when places are busy. What really irritated me was the “cleaning” consisted of my teeth being power brushed and flossed. Once the dentist came in, I was told everything looked great and I could leave. I left with plaque and gunk on my teeth that I could still feel. I would not recommend this place to my loved ones. I did not feel that my oral health was taken serious.
