My husband needed an emergency tooth extraction and Aspen said they could do it that day. We don’t have insurance and they said the initial exam and xrays were free. In the end they said we would have to schedule the extraction for 2 weeks from today.... then tried to charge us $175 for today!

Set up appointment for an emextraction. They were only going to give me a checkup to get me in their system. Basically wasted my time. It’s a profit system. they don’t care about the patents or they would do what we are paying them to do. The days of a caring healcare system is long gone. I’d give 0 stars if I could. They didn’t even help me.

Definitely would go there literally for the hygienist named Taylor only. She was the sweetest gal and so so so informative. I will say they are super expensive even with insurance. I went to a dentist a couple miles down the road for a second opinion and they are charging a third of the price that aspen was going to charge. I couldn’t tell if the office / finance lady at the end of the appointment was mad at working or what but she seemed bothered of my questions. I am happy I got a second opinion and didn’t not go for a corporation.

I broke a tooth this morning, so I called this dentist because they were next to my house. I was told that the visit would be free because it was a consultation once I got there I discovered it was only free if they did full x-rays of all my teeth Even though I was having a hard time sitting through it all once the x-rays were done I was taken to an exam room and we waited for the doctor. She explained to me how bad my teeth were and that I needed several crowns one replaced and that I needed a bridge or whatever to bridge where the one tooth has been missing because my teeth were going to move The tooth been missing for 40 years and my teeth have yet to move. My tooth is still broken. I have a little bit of pain. Nothing was done to address that I asked if we could just pull the tooth and was told that that wasn’t an option that it needed a crown After the visit with the doctor, they took me into the office managers office. I asked a woman twice to turn her music down because I’m heard of hearing and I was having a hard time hearing her. I patiently set through it all was told that I needed 12 1/2 thousand dollars of dental work And before we could even address the broken tooth I needed my gums treated for them to guarantee the work and that was $1500. I refused to make an appointment. I still have a broken tooth. I’m in some pain not a lot. I’m not sure modern dentist come from that consider our paying a licensed to steal
