Scheduled an emergency appointment for today for a tooth extraction, drove like 30 minutes, showed up, and when the doors didn’t open, I called and they said that they had closed for an emergency today which you know I understand I’m currently dealing with an emergency, but they claimed to have sent out text and called But they did not. I have no text, no calls, no emails, nothing in my spam. The amount of unprofessionalism is actually insane. So you know, hopefully I can find somebody who’s actually willing to help me

I had an absolutely horrible experience here. DO NOT COME HERE IF YOU ARE PREGNANT!!!! I felt uncomfortable the minute I walked into here. The dentist made me feel like I was lying about having a persistent tooth ache for 3 days and I felt like I was not taken seriously at all. After he told me that he saw nothing wrong with me then he switched up and said I needed a root canal and gave me a referral to somewhere else and told me I needed to get a second opinion. I was prescribed no medication or antibiotics due to pregnancy and needing ob clearance which is fine however the next day which was Monday I spent over 3 hours on the phone between them and my OB. They refused to accept the letter that my OB emailed them and when my OB called them to find the right medication for me in regards to what they were treating me for they couldn’t even tell her what they were treating me for in order for her to choose the right medication for me so she updated her original letter stating to give me a generic pregnancy safe antibiotic and I waited for over an hour to see if they sent the prescription to the pharmacy and I called them back again when there was still nothing and they stated that they were still waiting for my OB to send a new letter in which she had already done and called me as soon as she had done so. Then they simply told me they were busy and hung up on me. So now I wasted $155 for them to do absolutely nothing for me. I’m in the same pain that I was when I walked into the "emergency" dental looking for help. I’m not getting any antibiotics because they won’t send them to the pharmacy and I wasted my money for them to do absolutely nothing for me. To further point out how incompetent that they are at one point they tried to accuse me of sending them the letter my ob sent them from my own personal email account just because both of our names started with an A. Seriously save your money, take over the counter medication until you can find a regular dentist that’s actually going to care but don’t waste your time and money here.

They saw me pretty fast, and were patient when explaining payment plans and options to help me. I was anxious about signing up for credit stuff but now I have well over $3k of work to pay for with horrible interest rates across two accounts. All I wanted was my tooth pulled, but it seemed like they couldn’t decide what they wanted to do for me, so I ended up with 3 lines of credit opened just to pay for extra work I really didn’t want to do. Outside of irritating financial struggles, Dakota was super informed and helpful, and Dr Castaneda was good at keeping me calm during the process. My mouth doesn’t hurt anymore and everything is better again for now.

Got me in same day, staff was incredibly nice and helpful! Doctor was knowledgeable and caring with how he handled his patients! Update day 2: originally the pain was a 7/10 when I first went in for a tooth extraction. Now we are down to a 2.3-3/10. Feeling so much better!

This place was amazing! Can’t remember the names of the nurse and doctor who helped us but they did a great job. Came in because my boyfriend had a really bad infection from his wisdom tooth. He ended up getting 2 teeth pulled, this was his first time going to the dentist and he was very nervous. The doctor did such a great job at making him feel comfortable. During the procedure the doctor and nurse did a great job at making sure he wasn’t feeling any pain and being very gentle and patient. All and all they were very nice people and made us feel safe and comfortable. Glad we came here!
