They’re always lovely and very professional when I’m in. Just a little annoyed at some miscommunication. First I was told that it had been 2 years since I’d been in so I absolutely had to get reestablished before I could schedule my root canal (I was pretty sure that was incorrect, but the last year has been a blur so it wasnt completely out of the question I guess). Then my pain increased significantly so I called to see if it was possible to get the procedure done any sooner than April 9th. They scheduled me for the same week, I was so excited. Come to find out, it was just for a limited exam...and I’d STILL have to wait for the procedure for over a week....even though she made it sound like I was having the procedure the day I scheduled it. It had also not even been a full year since I’d been in, despite having been told it had been 2 years. Not sure if it was a miscommunication issue or what, but now I’m having to have my root canal done elsewhere. The whole thing was just very frustrating. I would’ve rather not wasted my time on a limited exam when I could’ve had the procedure done somewhere else and been comfortable by now.

I called and made an appointment for a tooth that was hurting. When I came in for the appointment two days later they told me that I was not down for an appointment. They called their other office tland found out they did give me an appointment. They still refused to treat me. I had to find another dentist and wait again.

Thanks for being so kind and caring to me on my first visit even though I was rusty with my dental knowledge (ESPECIALLY those pesky tooth numbers I always get mixed up) and general fear of the dentist. Dr. Vargas is kind and thorough and got me back on track. D’alicia was very sweet and a knowledgeable assistant who rocks at taking those bitewings like they’re nothing!! Sorry if I spelled your name incorrectly. Thank y’all and I’ll see you back in 6 months. (Signed the kinda weird patient in Christmas dinosaur scrubs :)

Kim Starks is the BEST! Everyone here from the front staff to the back make you feel like family. I’ve refused to go to the dentist due to horrible experiences, and blue springs dentistry as definitely turned that around. I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

Kim Starks is the BEST dental hygienist ever! She is so personable and makes you feel at ease even when your anxiety about needles, etc. The front desk staff makes you feel so welcome when you come in and treat you like long term friends or family. I will come here forever.
