Raintree Family Dental Care

I have been coming to Raintree for about 3 years now and every time is a positive experience but this past time was truly a wonderful experience. I had to bring my 10mo old baby. The staff was so helpful and accommodating. They were efficient and got me done quickly all while I held my baby to keep him happy. It was so great. Couldn’t recommend more!

I’ve been seeing Dr. Pennington for almost a year.. I think. She’d done a lot of work for me! She’s constantly going out of her way to make sure I and her other patients are good. Dr. Pennington has a heart of gold, and she will really do ANYTHING to save your teeth. Dr. Pennington is very professional, clean, and to the point. The clinic is very clean and homey feeling. I went from having anxiety about going in to the dentist, to loving going! This is my favorite dentist office! I drive over 8 hours to see Dr. Pennington. I highly recommend everyone to come ! ❤️❤️

My First visit and was very impressed with every aspect. The front staff were very friendly, my technician was so sweet and thorough. I would Highly recommend them to all.

I have gone to Dr. Z for a long time and have always been happy with my visits --- and I don’t like going to the dentist! This last visit though, kind of stressed me out. Day 1 it was discovered I needed a crown which was scheduled for the next day. My hygienist on Day 1 was great -- very professional , fast, efficient and personable. Day 2 was not the same. A different hygienist acted like she didn’t know how to use the machines and she kept saying they weren’t working which shook my confidence somewhat. She talked non-stop and kept looking at the TV and making comments about the show. She did not even get the hint that I was not responding to her. The doctor came in a couple of times to see if she was ready to proceed and she never was. I was there for 2 and 1/2 hours which probably was not necessary at all, had she been fast, efficient and most of all, professional. Upon leaving, I told the front desk that I could not have hygienist again. I plan on staying with this office as all my previous experiences there have been very good.

Great service! Had work done by Dr. Pennington today! I very much appreciated her talking me through all the steps as they were happening. She was very patient with me, and was very calming throughout the whole appointment. Anna and Brianna assisted, were kind and very knowledgeable in their work. Had the best experience I could considering I was at the dentist.
