I waited 30 minutes past my appointment and there wasn’t anybody in the lobby. I sat there and listened to the staff, trying to decide what they were having for lunch. I have never been treated so rude. The staff is awful. And the dentist is a joke.

Mel made my son feel extremely comfortable while putting on his braces. She communicated well with him so he could understand what to do on his own. Everyone in the office was very helpful, kind, and friendly!

We have had nothing but issues with this particular comfort dental! The orthodontic side! They never answer the phone, retun calls or emails. They have cancelled appointments and then havent had any replacement appointments within a reasonable time frame. Today my daughter was told she was getting her braces off.. when we got there at1:15 the receptionist was completely rude and said well we are on lunch you will need to come back at 1:30p . I understand that you may be on lunch but the attitude was unnecessary and if you don’t want to be interrupted during lunch maybe you should lock the doors. Then she proceeds to tell us the my daughter would not be getting her braces off after all, that they usually only do that in the morning! I am totally over this place and the lack of communication, professionalism and the absence of customer service!
