I am 78 yrs. old and have always had a fear of going to the dentist. My hometown dentist referred me to this office for an extraction that he felt would be a difficult one. I must say I have never been so pleased with the entire experience. The entire staff were so pleasant in person and on the phone. AND I can’t express enough how pleased I was with Dr. Brown. He explained every procedure he did before proceeding. The entire process was painless other than the needle for the numbing.

My wife required the extraction of two broken teeth recently. These extractions would require her to be anesthetized because of her dementia for the first time for such a procedure. Finding a doctor willing to undertake the procedure was the first relief I received upon meeting with Dr. Weiss during the consultation. My wife has very small veins which are positional and make it very difficult to locate an IV for the anesthetizing drug administration. After a very successful extraction and sedation I can not express the relief I feel as I write this because of Dr. Weiss and his staff at the Facial Surgery Group in Blue Springs. They made sure that my wife’s needs were exceeded in every way imaginable. She is home now safe and sleeping; thank you Facial Surgery Group for everything you did.

I had wisdom teeth pulled here. I was so scared. I get really bad anxiety when it comes to medical stuff. I felt like the only person who did or said a single thing to calm me down was the Dr. Zach Brown. He was awesome and explained everything to me. The rest of the staff didn’t really seem to care how I was feeling. Didn’t explain much. And just weren’t super friendly. None of them were rude but I felt they could have been more pleasant.

Recently had oral surgery at the Blue Springs location. Dr Christopher, an amazing Dentist and Medical Doctor, made the process comfortable and worry free. The Staff’s professionalism added to the positive experience. If you’re facing oral surgery and feeling uneasy, this team is reassuring and skilled- gentle and caring! Highly recommend!
