My Kid's Dentist and Orthodontics

My son has been going here for 7 years to see the dentist and my oldest recently got braces. Both experiences have been great. The doctors are great at personalizing the kids while being professional which not only makes my kids comfortable but also excited/surprised when they ask about something such as an extracurricular activity or school subject they talked about at the previous appointment.

The staff was incredibly friendly and helped calm my daughter who was a little anxious about getting her braces. When we needed an adjustment they were so kind and accommodating, getting us in that same day. Dr. Williams is so friendly and personally followed up to see how my daughter was doing. Would definitely recommend!

Absolutely wonderful place! I have one who recently got his braces off and they are so quick to help when he has broken his retainers. With him being my first to go through this it’s been a great ease. My middle son recently had a medical emergency that has left him fearful of anything Dr or dentist it would seem. They were so kind and understanding even letting us come in the next day after him calming to get measurements and brackets. Even though he also had a hard time the next day the patience the staff showed him and the grace they gave me in dealing with the situation is above and beyond the scope of their duties. I can’t recommend this place enough on both sides regular dental and orthodontist the whole staff is amazing so glad we found this office.

Dr. Drake has been my sons dentist for several years now. He pays attention to detail and has always taken great care of him. We drive about 50 minutes to continue to have him as his dentist. That being said my son had reached a point where he was ready for braces meaning that 50 minute drive would become much more frequent. Choosing an orthodontist that is local was an option but I am glad we chose Dr. Williams. He provided detailed answers to my questions and gave an overview of the the process. He even checked to see how he was doing a few days later. His assistant explained each step before she did it to help calm nerves. We are thankful for the care they have provided.

My four little ones have seen Dr. Drake here for many years and they absolutely love the office and the staff. They do an amazing job of accommodating a visit for all four of my kiddos at once and Dr. Drake and the other staff work as a team to get us in and out quickly and are awesome at making my little one feel comfortable. They are extremely patient with all of my children and constantly offers reassurance especially with my youngest who is still a bit unsure about the dentist office. Recently my eldest worked with Dr. William and his staff on the ortho side to evaluate him and get him started on his braces journey. I loved how they not only talked to me but directly to my kiddo to make sure he had clarity and felt comfortable. Dr. William’s staff was equally kind and efficient as Dr. Drake. My kiddos love it here.
