My appointment was at 11:20 and I arrived at exactly that time. The expensive scans that they REQUIRE took all of 5 minutes. After that, I was taken to sit in a dental chair waiting for the doctor until 1:00. The assistant came back multiple times saying they were running behind. I had to cancel a work meeting because the visit took almost 3 hours. The doctor finally came by and said she didn’t think I needed a root canal even though I’ve had pain for 4 months. I asked them to do it anyway, and just a day later, that pain is already gone. The doctor did do a good job of the procedure itself. But they have no issue charging you $450 for a scan that is not covered by insurance and was obviously no help for my situation. I have great insurance that covers root canals 100%, but they still find a way to hit your wallet. You can tell the person responding to this review is very unprofessional by their grudge-like response. I leave 5 star reviews just as often as I leave lesser. Expect to pay $450+ for your visit with or without insurance.

Absolutely wonderful experience! The staff was very professional, friendly, and informative every step of the way. I had an emergency root canal performed by Dr. Vermeer, and she was great! Excellent communicator, and she did a wonderful job. I had very minimal discomfort during and after the procedure. Nearly nothing! Definitely recommend this practice!!!

Everyone on the staff, from the welcoming receptionist to the doctor (Dr. Jamie Ball) and her helpful assistant who performed the procedure: root canal treatment, were incredibly friendly and professional. I am very satisfied with the service that was performed. Now, I’m just waiting patiently for the tooth to heal, being careful not to chew or bite on the tooth. The tooth will be re-examined in four weeks. I’m believing for positive results 😊 Thank you After returning, the results of the procedure were excellent. A complete success. Once again, thank you.

Dr.Kim was incredibly patient and helped me understand what was going on with my tooth prior to treatments. Once treatment started he was so efficient and I was surprised how fast it was completed! I was very nervous since it was my first ever root canal treatment but I hardly felt a thing during treatment, definitely no pain at all during treatment. I was impressed by office cleanliness and all protective barriers used! As a hygienist I highly recommend any one needing a root canal go to Cornerstone!
