Very disappointed. Was looking forward to this appointment due to an emergency. I get there at 7:04am, stood in line for 10 mins, when I finally got the chance to check in, I told the lady that I have an emergency and I’m in severe pain, she then stated “I’m not sure if we can do anything about it today, we would need to reschedule you…. Then she said “it’s been 15mins passed your appointment time, I would need to see if we can squeeze you in since we’re booked.” She checked with the doctor, and came back and said I would need to reschedule. Very disappointed by the morals, you knew I was in pain and the type of appointment it was and still turned me away, even after driving from Louisville.

Was told on the phone New patients will receive an x-ray and dental cleaning for completely free the very first time after they are done with that they talk to you about any problems that you may have and set up a plan to take care of them where you are expected to pay 60% before you can schedule the appointment. I was completely aware. I waited almost an entire month for my appointment because they were very booked. I get there and after an hour and a half they called me back to talk about my plan. They never cleaned my teeth and when I brought it up to them, quite literally refused to do so. Honestly very unhappy with how it went and will be getting another dentist office.

I like the chain, but the office staff at this location is a headache. Over the years I’ve had several appointments canceled last minute, or I’ve had an appointment time changed without asking. They just told me I was wrong and the new time was the correct time, when I had an email proving my original appointment. I’ve also been misled with billing. It’s unfortunate because the dentist and dental hygienists are great once you get in. I avoid this location unless I absolutely need to get in.

I did not have a very good experience with aspen dental. It seemed the people there were more focused on charging me with the highest dollar procedures rather than helping come up with a workable solution that worked both for me and the practice. I won’t be returning there and will be pursuing a second opinion with a different dental professional. I will say that the girl working at the front office desk was extremely kind and caring.

Extremely satisfied with my first visit today! Tiffany helped me get in right away for an emergent issue and she and Dr. Hardin worked together to make sure my treatment plan was right for me. Together they calmed my nerves and were extremely kind and accommodating.
