I can not rave more about this practice!!!! Talk about getting educated, I learned more about my teeth than I’ve ever know. Having dentist anxiety, they were so calming and made me feel comfortable! I was just another chunk of money to them. I was a human being! Definitely going to tell everyone about this place!!!

The office is very nice and updated, very clean. Both of the hygienist I had interactions with were very nice and sweet. Overall everything went very smooth. My only complaint was the dentist herself was not very friendly or explanatory. I had to have some old fillings redone and had never been numbed before so I had no idea what to expect. She came in and hardly said hello to me before she laid the chair back and told me to open up. There was no talking me through it, didn’t ask me if I was okay or even if I had ever been through this before, just straight business. When she was done, literally got up and just walked out. The hygienist herself finished the fillings and told me what to expect. Even the receptionist gave me more information and was very nice when I was checking out and a little freaked out by not being able to move my face. IF you can look past her personality, or lack thereof, I was never in pain, (maybe uncomfortable, but what do you expect?) and overall have not had any problems. I had to go back twice, once for each side, and both of my experiences were the same. So it wasn’t just a bad day on her part necessarily, it is a pattern. Overall I would recommend the office and the staff, but the actual dentist could use some people skills.

What a nice experience I had with Premier Family Dental! Wonderful hygienist, Kendra, made my dental cleaning comfortable and informative. She is kind and thoughtful and I was put at ease and felt respected as a patient! I am so very pleased and I am happy to continue getting dental care at this respectful dental establishment!

It was a wonderful experience the office staff is friendly and helpful. The dental cleaning was thorough and detailed. I was given dental information on my day to day dental regime and my dental health that I never knew, and I am 62. I have never had such extensive experience, and it was all very pleasant and professional. I look forward to working with them from this day on knowing I have the very best dental staff taking care of my dental health. We have found a truly great dental office with state of the art equipment and expertise in using it to give you the very best dental health. I have never had such beautiful crowns!
