I had an amazing experience at Clagett Periodontics from the moment I walked in the door. Every single member of the staff was kind and welcoming, and I appreciated being shown the office to feel more comfortable. I was extremely nervous going in but Clagett and his team were funny and encouraging and fully explained the situation, my specific needs and the treatment plan. I can now say that not only will I be confident going in come time for my gum graft, but I am actually eager to have it dealt with. The office was extremely comfortable and clean as well, not to mention the staff took the time to wish me a happy birthday and give me a signed card and treat. I look forward to going back and have already let me close family and friends know that I highly recommend them.

I walked into a very friendly staff. The office was nice, calm, clean, warm and inviting. Everyone was super professional and helpful and I felt completely comfortable while there. I have full confidence that Dr. Clagett and his group will provide the best services that I need!

I recently had an emergent situation with a elder family member who had a dental related perforated sinus who needed immediate attention. Dr Clagett and all the staff have been so very kind, compassionate & accommodating to our particular needs. At minimal notice they scheduled immediate medical intervention when another unexpected family emergency arose. Dr Clagett goes the extra mile to explain procedures and diagnostic information and is very kind and gentle. The staff- Saundra, Lakisha and Jamie- (hopefully I did not leave anyone out) were all so kind and helpful. Saundra -Dr Clagett’s Medical Assistant was so helpful, knowledgeable, caring, patient and kind- even gave us her private cell phone number - just in case. The actual procedure went flawless and at 24 hours post procedure my family member has zero complaints of discomfort following extraction of tooth and bone graft. The office staff Lakisha and Jamie are also exceptionally kind and inviting making you feel welcomed, less stressed and more comfortable. Lakisha has been very helpful related to medical info needed for me to pursue with insurance. Jamie took a call from our regular dentist when other staff were on vacation and scheduled a first available appointment for our emergent situation to be evaluated. I had no knowledge of this practice until our emergent need arose - our exception experience was 5 ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ and I would highly recommend Clagett Periodontics! Thank you Clagett Periodontics 🦷

Today I had my consultation.The office exceeded all my expectations.Every employee was very kind and compationate.Everyone took time to explain what they were doing. Dr. Clagett broke everything done for me and gave me a sense of comfort and hope. The office is very nice and accommodating. They even gave me a gift! I look forward to returning and trusting them with my dental journey.
