front desk staff are rude at both locations. if you don’t like your job move on, especially when dealing with customer service. the cleaning was painful also.

The service was very, very unpleasant, and painful. The dental hygienist Ms. Sandra was really rough with the entire procedure. She numb my gums with local anesthesia but it didn’t help with the pain at all. She inserted the needle into the root of my gums which caused severe pain. I was shaking, sweating, and very uncomfortable while she talked bad about the condition of my teeth throughout the entire procedure. Dr. Connell was nice but very harsh with abstracting my tooth. I will never return nor will I recommend this dental office.

I love Connell Dentistry!!!! I am a very nervous patient at the dentist and Sandra, my hygienist, and Dr. Connell, and their team at Connell Dentistry made my experience pain-free and stress-free. I cannot thank them enough!!!! Sandra was the best and sweetest hygienist I’ve ever had! Dr. Connell suggested a fix for a tooth that I’ve had problems with for over 14years. I can’t believe I’m going to say this, but I’m excited to get it fixed at Connell Dentistry. 😌😬😁 Everyone at the office is super helpful and easy to talk to. The admin team is GREAT, give them a call! And they took my insurance (BSBC Dental), which was amazing!! 11/10, 1000 stars, thank you Connell Dentistry!

SUCH a good experience. I went for my first teeth cleaning in 2 years, and was super nervous because I knew they weren’t in good shape. The staff was so welcoming and friendly, and my hygienist was incredibly gentle and made sure I wasn’t in pain. I recommend this place to anyone, and look forward to coming back in 6 months! Thank yall!
