Calling this office and dealing with the ladies in this office is soooo unprofessional and not understanding that we have been scheduling and rescheduling because of them. And to finally getting in to see them not understand their job can’t see the kids bc each kid is allowed to carry 2 insurances. And for some season deleting the insurance without my or my wife authorization. Talking to the receptionist in the phone was so not pleasant this just confirms that we will not be returning to Dr Parker office. I would suggest everyone do the same.

I was searching for a dentist for my autistic 5 year old daughter. She needed someone with patience and who would be gentle and Accommodate her needs. From the nurse to Mr jason himself. I would recommend him to anyone with special needs kids.

They’re were supposed to do a filling on my 6 year old (saw a small cavity the visit before but “let it go bc in a baby tooth and would fall out anyway”). By the time she was in pain and had to be seen it had gotten worse and while in the back (why couldn’t I be with my child when she was put on gas?) they saw that it required “more extensive work” yet no one came to let me know at all until the hygienist sends my 6 year old daughter out into a waiting room full of people when she had just undergone a painful scary procedure without me, to find me and tell me it’s time to check out!! Her face was all red and puffy with bloody gauze and she burst into tears as soon as she walked up to me. I was furious! And then Parker didn’t even come and speak to us at all. The hygenist fumbled around with explaining what happened and It was the last time we went there. And she said he was mean in the back, which I’ve heard from other parents as well. And it makes sense as to why they don’t allow parents to stay with their kids and I thought something was off about that. Go with your gut especially when it’s about your kids.

THE MOST UNPROFESSIONAL OFFICE I HAVE EVER ENCOUNTERED!!! Twice now, they have tried to reschedule my son’s appointment ONLY because they wanted to leave early. Both times they were extremely rude when I told them I could not reschedule. You have appointment times for a reason. The lady on the phone told me “the dr said he’ll stay only if you’re here on time. If you’re not here by 1 he’s leaving. We have an office full of people that are ready to leave but staying because of one patient and that’s you”. This was literally an hour before our scheduled appointment. We most certainly would have been there on time. If your patients THAT YOU HAVE SCHEDULED TIMES FOR are that much of an inconvenience, go ahead and leave and enjoy your weekend. Not only will we not be back, but we will let everyone know of our encounters and I promise you word of mouth spreads faster than than any other form of advertising….

My son has been seeing Dr. Parker & his staff for 10 years now. The environment is so awesome for children (decorated under the sea). They have TVs above each cleaning station to help distract or entertain the children during cleaning. My son loves getting his goodie bag after each visit. The receptionist are patient with choosing appointment times or having to reschedule. And Dr. Parker is so great with my son! We recommend them to EVERYONE!
