Amazing Team 2My boyfriend had a root canal done here. The filling fell out and he went to another dentist to get it checked. Due to North Shores incompetence they left a space in his tooth and it’s now infected and has to be pulled. It has also affected the tooth next to it that will now require a root canal. He essentially paid them a lot of money, to mess up his mouth.

Something about the dentist makes me so uneasy, but I’m so grateful to have chosen this office. Ms. Kitty, please forgive me if I said her name wrong, was such a warm, welcoming, kind, and calming lady. She was reassuring and incredibly pleasant! The doctor was a sweet soul as well. Of course, my teeth were taken care of, but so were my nerves.

Great office. Staff are very polite, professional, and helpful. Wendy is an awesome hygienist. I saw Dr. Genard for an exam. He is very thorough and kind. I have been in dental 10 years in Louisiana and 28 years in Redmond Washington. When we retired and moved back home I was nervous about finding a new Dentist. I love this office. My husband saw Dr. Hoffritz for an emergency visit. He was awesome also. I highly recommend this wonderful team!

We were in the market for a new dentist for my son, came across the reviews in google and decided to give this practice a try, so glad we found this place! Dr Dragon is amazing with my son and we just loved April! So professional, and yet personable. I myself decided to move to this location after my sons first couple of visits. Thank you for all you do!

I have always been nervous having dental work done. My prior experiences were not relaxed or without angst. Dr. Genard examined my teeth and suggested the procedures I need, Wendy the hygienist was gentle and I was relaxed. The staff were friendly and explained my dental plan and costs moving forward. Tomorrow is my second appointment to have my dental work done and I am looking forward to a better smile!
