Dr. Caldwell is absolutely Amazing I felt hardly no pain at all and she is very comforting.... she’s is amazing when it comes to making her patients feel comfortable.

Amazing!!! Adrian at the front desk was able to schedule me a an appointment literally within fifteen minutes (I think due to a last-minute cancellation) which was absolutely incredible. All of the staff were super kind, too, and answered all my questions. Would definitely recommend and will be coming back! Also, they take Delta Dental!

Very good dentist here. Sometimes it can take a little while for appointments. They do take Kaiser Permanente for medical assistance for me which is great because there’s not many other places that will take me. I have had a lot of work done here and Everytime they have treated me with respect and I never have had any pain except for once out of probably 20 appointments. They are excellent here and help you with what you need.

Very unprofessional dentist office, with poor customer service. I went to this dentist office on 2-19-2024 and had a horrible experience but attempted to get them another chance. I had an appointment at 11am and I was not seen until 12:50pm and it took them 10 minutes to look at my teeth. I came back for a cleaning on 4-3-2024 and this time I was the very first patient and I wait 25 minutes and they still didn’t call me. The associates play in the back and take their time. No one was there for me and I will be filing a complaint with the better business bureau and the Maryland health department. You guys can’t get away with being this disrespectful to your clients. If I have to pay for missing or being late you should have to also be held accountable for the ridiculous wait times and unprofessional attitudes.
