Chase Brexton Health Services

Chase Brexton does a lot for the Baltimore community with limited resources, and some of their providers are truly exceptional. Jess Friedman and Teresa Vlahovich at the Mount Vernon office are both wonderful medical professionals who treat their patients with great care, attention, and genuine kindness - if you can actually get someone to take your call and schedule you an appointment. You cannot schedule an appointment with anyone other than your PCP using the online portal, which you don’t get access to until after you physically visit the office. The phone lines are constantly busy because of this; I usually have to wait on hold for 20-30 minutes to speak to someone. The scheduling staff are always rude, and you will have to wait at least 3-4 months after calling to get an appointment. I had to deduct one more star for their dental practice, which is awful. It takes two, separately scheduled appointments to actually get your teeth cleaned - the dentist will only give you a 5-minute "exam" on the first appointment, and the hygienist gives you your cleaning on the second. Naturally, each appointment has a separate co-pay and you often have to wait months in between. If you have absolutely no other options and don’t have any time--sensitive health issues, Chase Brexton will do its best, but otherwise I wouldn’t recommend.

I have been using chase Braxton for dental work now for a few years , use to love them but not now. It already takes long enough to get an appointment (2-4months) then they call you to confirm your appointment durning NORMAL work hours when you can’t pick the telephone up or may miss the call. They immediately cancel your appointment if you don’t answer instead of just then sending a text or email for you to confirm and actually waiting a little while before canceling it. So I have missed 2 appointments now all because I WORK in a HIGH security clearance building and my personal phone has to stay in the car or be locked in a locker. I’m currently on the phone now on hold trying to make an appointment and this brings us to my second biggest issue !!! I been on the phone 45 mins and not a single person has picked the phone up. Just done with this place. I’ll pay the extra money for better service.

Dr. Christen Green is the most amazing Doctor. She listens to her Patients with compassion, kindness, & professionalism. Dr. Green has been my PCP for many years & I wouldn’t want anyone else. Dr. Green is a 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟+! Thank you Dr. Green for being the very best at what you do❤️

Felt like I was in the office with a medically knowledge best friend love her. I’ve never had a better experience with any medical professional. Took her time to get to know me so that she could all around recommend the best medical advice possible for so many different parts of my life

I love my PCP & my kids PCP. The only problem is how hard it is to get in since it’s such a big practice. Also y’all got a pest problem that needs to be addressed
