Not 24 hrs. It is an answering service. Useless.

I visited SmileRite first when I was fully insured. No problems. I was told by Dr. Miles I would be eligible for a replacement denture at no cost. Since, being uninsured, I have been given very bad treatment. The denture cracks and I was charged $150 or more to have the crack fixed. Next, when I asked for the new denture she had promised me she said a person only needed one and she could fix the repair in only two days. I said I would like two since I work talking over the phone and can’t do my job since it creates muffled speech. I told her I could go to work if I had two and that she had promised me another for free. She said I never told you that and I was shocked. She said a new top denture would cost me over $1500. Last week the denture cracked again. I called for an appointment but was never called back. Today I called again and was told the doctor would see me but the denture could not be repaired until next Tuesday. I asked for a referral and was told none was available. So for a solid week plus I, suffering a ragged cut in the denture, must endure it although it is cutting my mouth. Very unprofessional.

Everything was great until my crown came off. Dr. Miles put it back on. In December when I went back for a possible fill in she tells me my crown was out in wrong and that I had two cavities that she forgot she fixed ( then she realized there were no cavities on the two she mentioned. I now have an infection where she did the root canal at. 9 months pregnant having to take meds because of her work.NEVER AGAIN
