Staff needs an atittude change, everyone was super condescending and rude just being on the phone. I couldn’t imagine taking this disrespect in real life

Never deal with total healthcare. They never answer phones or make prescriptions on time. The pharmacy is just as worse. Don’t answer the phone at all.

My Brother currently have no income or dental coverage had a bad toothache to the point he was unable to eat or sleep. I took him to Total Health Care, 1501 Division Ave., Baltimore, Md. We arrived there at 8:00 am, sign-in. A few minutes later a very professional gentleman escorted all dental patients to the Dental Office on the lower level. My Brother explain his tooth pain & financial hardship to this very nice young lady who check-in patients. She gave him some paperwork to fill out & she explained that the clinic currently had no free funding available. I paid the office fee $24.00 so my brother could be seen & examine by the dentist (Dr. Setayese) & he was. My Brother said the Dr. Setayese & her staff was very professional & showed real concern. He was issued a voucher (no fee) to cover the meds prescribed for the infection & pain in his teeth from the Pharmacy on the 1st floor...again using the voucher- no cost. And he was scheduled in the next 4 days to have his tooth extracted (2 teeth’s) by Dr. Setayese. My Brother was informed upon his return for his next appt. to have his tooth extracted to bring back a letter written by him stating he have no income and get it notarized (UPS Office - $8.00). Since the clinic have no free funding available each tooth extracted cost &42.00 a total of $84.00. We reported back on his schedule appt. to have his tooth extracted 8:30 am & he was treated & release by 9:14 am. He was very very satisfied with the treatment and he said the Dr. Setayese numb his gums & he felt no pain during the extraction of 2 teeth. He still had pain meds left over from the first visit (examination). And Dr. Setayese informed him if he needed additional dental service that he can schedule with her as needed. I typed all of the above because I want you to know that at this Total Health Care on 1501 Division Avenue offer the best customer service & customer care & the facility is very very clean. Even the Security Staff is professional & very very helpful. If you don’t have a face mask when you enter the building security have a box full & will offer you one. I hope the staff at this facility read the reviews because Everyone of you on staff earned 10 stars & Thank You All for caring for my Brother🙏🏾💙🙏🏾

The customer service needs severe improvement. The employees are not friendly and just because black folks are employed there does not mean they have to turn things ghetto. Then comes the lab in the clinic where the old black lady there lacks total professionalism and should be fired for her impudence. Violation of HIPAA rules you name it. The manager needs to have them employees retrained and have measures in place to report bad employees.

So nobody can let the patients know that if the schools have a 2 hour delay so does total healthcare? At least that’s what they said at this location. Now you have to reschedule because the M.D will be at another location this afternoon. Even some of the employees didn’t know about this.
