Far exceeded my expectations. They are top notch. Well rounded professional staff. Easy and convenient schedule. The orthodontist is very knowledgeable and caring. Definitely happy that my son is being treated by Specialists in Orthodontics. 😊

Love the team of staff that work in this office. The office is so warm and welcoming from the young lady at the front desk. To the staff, to the orthodontist. The communication and education of what is happening or what to expect with my child’s dental plan is amazing. I will truly miss them once my son’s braces come off.

This might be the worst encounter I’ve had in my life. The front desk person who answered me is rude and highly unprofessional. I’ve been a customer of the office, for about over 2 years now. I recently had to ask for replacement trays at my last visit and after that, my calls were ignored for repeatedly. I called over 20 times, and was not answered eventually had to use a different number to call. The moment I use a different number to call its answered. The lady begins very very rudely by telling me essentially I have no right to check up on my treatment and that they’re busy that’s why they don’t answer calls. Yet you answered the moment I switched my number. I proceed to let her know I’m a paying customer and this is no way to treat a paying customer who is just trying to check on their treatment. A treatment I paid 8,200 dollars for. And do you know what she says? This lady says "no you did not pay 8,200 dollars. You did not. " That was the last straw for me. You mean to tell me you’re going to tell me that I didn’t pay for my treatment, I who paid a certain amount no payment plan, no insurance. That was rude, unprofessional and even an attack. I then ask to speak to the doctor and she says "I have an incoming call, no you cannot speak to the doctor" and proceeds to hang up the call.

I received my Invisalign treatment her a couple months ago. The front desk staff was so friendly and made check-in easy. Mindy took such great care of me and kept me informed of all my care and upcoming treatment plans. She was so gentle, optimistic and funny during each visit. The overall environment was welcoming and the staff had a positive attitude. Each time the Doctor evaluated me quickly, I never had to wait very long and the team worked very well together. I would highly recommend coming here!!

Truly the best experience I can imagine for my child. Exceptionally kind and professional humans like Ms. Shawnae and Dr. Mark are so gentle and mindful in explaining for my curious/nervous eight-year-old what to expect, showing models and using informative, age-appropriate language. I’m extra appreciative as someone whose own orthodontic experiences decades ago were the opposite of this - painful and scary and confusing. The collaboration with Dentistry for Children, which is right in the next building, is also fabulous to coordinate things like extra cleanings if needed when devices are in place and/or extractions. Thanks to everyone who works here, y’all are a blessing.
