Dr. Shannon is professional and great with making you feel comfortable. However, is unable to detect infection or need of root canal. The infection started due to incompetent temporary crown installment; I called three times with one of them being a voice mail while other two calls were made during business hours. Not only did I did not reach anyone, but I was also contacted nearly 48 hours later with a clueless front desk support. It is sad to see such lackadaisical communication skills portrayed by a professional doctor. At this point I found me a safer alternative and proficient dentist.

My new patient visit was very impressive. I had a previous dentist for approximately 15 years and I have to say Dr. Kaiser shared more information in this one visit than was shared with me over those 15 years. A plan to make my teeth/mouth healthy was made and explained in great detail. I appreciate the professionalism, the expertise and the welcoming atmosphere. I’m all in, looking forward to this journey with this office.
