Hello, my grandson had a negative experience with purchasing his glasses, because their machine decided not to work in the middle of the transaction. They did nothing to try to resolve the problem and sent us away without the issue being resolved. When the manager was approached about the situation, she never came to talk to us which is what I requested. She just told her it was nothing that she could do. Definitely not a fan of this dental place at this point.

Horrible !!! I had already waited an hour to go to my appointment and when I asked, they told me that I had to wait 20 minutes or more because they didn’t have enough chairs. And they got upset with me!! If you don’t have space, why do you make more appointments? It’s not the first time they do that to me, they don’t respect appointments and first pass people of their own ethnicity, if you are not of their ethnicity, get ready to wait more than 2 hours for them to take care of you, The two locations are equally horrible, I change to the one in Alameda thinking that it would be different and it is the same, rude and arrogant the attendees.

I confirmed my daughter’s appt 2 weeks ago. Get there and they rescheduled it without notification. Drove all the way cross town and left work early for nothing

I love this office and staff. I only started going here out of necessity when I was unemployed and only had State insurance. I fully planned to leave once we were back on our feet, but the staff is so great that I feel no need to leave. Both the dental and vision staff are great, but the vision staff is especially patient and professional. The only negative thing is often the wait is longer than I expected.

This place was absolutely amazing with my 5 year old! They were very patient with him and helped him through his fear of the eye drops. The main doctor was so full of energy and enthusiasm and patience and it really made such a difference in the visit going either bad or good ! They’re so great with kids!
