I went back here after not going to the dentist for 3 years. I was scared of a giant bill and criticism. Instead, I got a warm welcome, a nice teeth cleaning, and some good advice on oral health! Absolutely recommend!

Terrible service. Doctor Collins thinks that I am a bank. Keeps charging lots of money for things the insurance doesnt cover. Awful experience.

I love Charm City Dental! I appreciate the care and attention from the staff and you don’t feel like you’re going into the Amazon of healthcare when going to the dentist. It’s a small practice, I recognize the staff when I go in, and they are friendly, professional, and give responsible care.

I want to say that this dental practice is one of the most courteous and considerate ones I’ve ever been to. Tracy was able to explain everything to me and was willing to help any way she could. Dr. Collins was very professional, fast, and also courteous. Other dental practices I’ve been to have not been a pleasurable experience and have made everything I need done very confusing and weren’t very thorough or helpful with ways to go about it. Everything from the professional staff, the environment, and the explanations were top notch. I had no longer than a 10 minute wait after my x-rays, which I’ll also add the xray tech (didn’t get her name) was also very kind and thorough. Thank you Charm City Dental.

I’ve been going to this practice for several years and think they are fantastic! The office is clean, organized, and efficient. Dental cleanings and other work (in my case, fillings) have always met or exceeded my expectations. Fair prices and my insurance is accepted. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a quality dental practice.
