This place sucks! My doctor is Dr higgs Shipman and I missed an appointment and they never answer their phone so I can reschedule and I ran out of three important medications so I had to go to there and let them know and she still wouldn’t send my meds to my pharmacy! I couldn’t believe it because one of the medications is a blood pressure medication. I went there on December 20, 2021 and she’s making me wait till my next appointment which isn’t till January 11th before she will give me my prescriptions. You can’t even leave messages because the majority of the time the voicemail is full and they don’t return calls anyway. She is the worst doctor ever! She doesn’t care about her patients

I was an hour early from appointment at 2pm waited an hour after. I finally was seen they took urine sample and drew 5 tubes of blood! While drawing blood, it squirted because she didnt connect it right i passed out. Only to go back and wait for a follow up date a portal or something. I said there until it closed and the just said oh your done. Its been a week and a half and havent heard anything. I called today twice. I was waiting for 15 min no one picked up. I called right back and im still on hold its been another 20 min. Worst clinic I been in my whole 38 years of life!

I had a appointment to my son, I waited 3 hours,and the doctor see my son 3 hours late of my apoiment,and I had waited 2 days after visited the doctor to receive the prescription medication and my next appointment waited 3 hours more and they haven’t written my appointment, and waited 3 hours more for see the doctor, and waiting 2:30 hours more for some took test to my son,and the person who is does the test is angry and she see at my son like animal,she pinching in 2 times and never took that test, I don’t liked this clinic,I not reference that place for children,my son has has graves injuries for her nurse in that clinic.
