I fell off the dental bandwagon with Covid and Kids and an insurance provider problem. Therefore I was getting more and more reluctant to go back to the dentist. But I just picked up the phone and cold called GBDC. From the minute someone picked up the phone I knew I was doing the right thing. Everyone from start to finish has been so kind. No one shamed me about missed cleanings. They got me in super quick. And everyone treated me like I have been a long time patient. The staff was wonderful. All were very experienced and very nice. They took time to explain what the X-rays were looking for and were otherwise very informative on other dental matters. Dr Penafiel was very caring. She took extra time to explain several dental issues that I need to be careful of. She and her staff worked extremely well together. I cannot thank them enough for a very thorough first appointment and first cleaning.

I have been coming to this dentist office for over 20 years. I can’t tell you enough how great of an experience it is. From the day I started coming here they have answered my questions and explained things to me I didn’t understand. They make all my children comfortable who still come here and always will because they feel safe and calm coming to someone that’s easy with them and explains things to them. They calm your fears and can walk you through things you don’t understand. I would definitely recommend this office. It sounds crazy but, I actually love coming to my dentist appointments.

The dentists, hygienists and staff here are so friendly, professional and welcoming. The hygienists are gentle & thorough on their cleanings and I never feel "rushed". Stephanie has been my hygienists for years and she is wonderful. I highly recommend GB Dental Care.
