Good luck ever getting through to this office. They don’t answer the phone, don’t return messages, and don’t get you the records you need. They don’t even send records to other offices. Dr. Saleem is amazing, but she needs a better receptionist if that location wants to stay in business.

Dr. Saleem and her assistants are a treasure for NE Baltimore. We are lucky to have them. I have had such good dental care from them, from a tricky bridge replacement to issues with a chipped tooth. I think Dr. Saleem is an artist when it comes to teeth, really understanding how to fine tune the best solution for you. I also appreciate that they manage to keep their rates reasonable. The reception staff are always kind and easy to work with -- not always the case when it comes to health care. What a great office, what a great dentist. I highly recommend.

So I had a appointment At this location So I had Called to cancel and reschedule my appointment. When I Called To have my appointment and I was met with extremely difficult and rude or receptionists that turns out is a 20 year old manager of that location, She question and insulted me and my employer and try to guilt trip me for rescheduling the appointment, I had to point out that I’m a paying customer and people don’t work for charity. But I’m going to go ahead and accept that I should have called sooner to address this but that doesn’t excuse the unpleasant experience I had. I will not be going back.
