Meah Family and Cosmetic Dentistry

I have been going to Meah Family and Cosmetic Dentistry for over 5 years and refuse to go anywhere else. Dr. Meah is a genuine dentist that truly cares about his patient's teeth. He created a treatment plan for my teeth from day one. He told me that I will have the smile that I always wanted and I am almost there (still going off of my treatment plan). He recommended a great orthodontist that I go to. The entire staff at the office are great! I feel very welcomed every time I walk in. I highly recommend Dr. Meah for all of your dentistry needs. If he cannot do it, he can recommend someone that can. He is truly the best dentist and I travel 40 minutes for visits. He works with all of his patients to achieve their smile goals. Very knowledable, compassionate care, fillings holding up extremely well, they do everything from cleanings to implants. hours are very convenient and they always try to fit you in. You're always welcome to bring your whole family. Appreciate the kindness and professionalism of front desk and dental assistants as well.

I had several fillings done here. I have dental anxiety and dreaded getting in the chair. Dr Meah was very gentle, it was the easiest appointment I've ever been to. His cleanings are thorough, my teeth felt great afterward. The office is very clean, and all the staff were kind and courteous.

The lady at front desk is extremely rude and lacks customer service. I had a emergency and could not make an appointment, I called and asked if the missed appointment fee could be waived due to the emergency. The lady was said no because there were other missed appointments, which isn’t true . I have only been to this practice 2x, so I’m a fairly new patient. I’m not sure if she confused with me with another patient. I asked to speak to a manager and she said that I could only speak to her and she wouldn’t allow me to talk to anyone else. She was extremely disrespectful. Due to this I will no longer be going to this practice. I can take my business elsewhere and my family as well. There’s no need to have to deal with disgruntled employees. I’ve tried to look past her attitude the last time I was there, but This time over the phone she took it to a whole new level. You would think in the middle of a pandemic where things are uncertain and emergencies take longer due to domino effect of this pandemic that business would have some type of empathy, but they only care about money and trying to recoup what they lost during the time they were closed. Do not come here, find another dental practice where you are treated with respect.
