Submitting information, having an appointment scheduled as a new patient were extremely easy steps to complete online. The entire staff in person was nice from when my daughter and I arrived in person until we departed their office. Staff provided apologies where/when necessary, gave recommendations on future treatment and were all patient and professional. Thank you for the excellent experience :)

Took my son in for a follow up appointment, and as we are potty training, he had an accident while waiting for the doctor to come in, I was running late and had left his bag in my car. They were so understanding and hurried in to get him squared away and out the door. As the appointment was just a follow up we were only seen for about 5mins. The doctor was so nice and the nurse was very engaging and gave him a toy Dino when we went to leave. I also like how they give tokens at the end of the visit so the kids can get a toy from the machine. Overall it is an amazing experience every time we go in! Amazing staff followed by amazing care!!

I recommend any parent to take their child/children to “Main Street” very professional. Keeps you updated with your up coming appointments through text or call. My baby girl appointment was @9:30 she was out by 10am!!! Yes they canceled once due to dr was sick I was fine with that .. my baby was too so they rescheduled her 2/5/2025 we was there!! Have you in and out! And don’t overdo there job. GETS JOB DONE! All employees ARE VERY NICE😊 my grandsons goes there and also my baby girl! Check out your love it!!

Dr. Mark, Tiffany, Ymani, as well as the receptionist staff are all top tier! 10/10 would recommend! My son and I have tried a few surrounding dentists and I have to say, main street dental is the best around. Not only do they always make my son feel comfortable throughout the whole process, he leaves feeling confident! I appreciate the communication before, during, and after, to where I can UNDERSTAND 😆 My favorite part about this place is they’re funny! Great customer service, great morale, great team work! The dentist can be scary for a child and they are ALL so patient and kind! Thank you, Dr Mark and staff!! 🪥⚕️ 🦷
