Everything was great for years but I realized that they never even notified me they didn’t participate in my dental plan. Every cleaning was $60 plus. So needless to say they lost my business. Most of the staff was nice except the billing receptionist who was rude and nasty.

I’ve found my favorite dentist. Had a great cleaning a few weeks ago and a pleasant laser filling yesterday. Office and building is modern and clean. The staff are friendly and Dr. Pohlhaus did a great job and is gentle, easy going and does not push any unnecessary work. Highly recommend!

I’ve been a patient for just about 5 years. When my previous dentist passed away, Dr. Pohlhaus was recommended by a colleague. I would not hesitate to recommend his practice to anyone looking for a good dentist. I love the 7AM appts. He uses lasers in his practice and like other reviewers have mentioned, the dental procedures are relatively painless. I’ve had the typical teeth cleanings, fillings, and a crown lengthening procedure done. Fortunately, no root canals (keeping my fingers crossed). The staff is nice and friendly as well.

Dr. Pohlhaus and his staff are great, I have never been uncomfortable in the office or in any pain during any procedure. They say that the procedures are minimally invasive to ensure the patient’s comforts, and I can certainly vouch for that. I travel further than I need to for a dental visit but it is absolutely worth it. I can trust everyone there. I have been seeing him for at least 15 years now.
