I’ve only visited for an initial consultation so far but, I am fairly certain that this will be my dental provider for the foreseeable future. The entire staff was friendly, professional, and they were not at all pushy. The questions I had were thoroughly considered and fully answered.

So disappointed!! I used to love coming to this dental clinic I been a patient here for years and I have spent a lot of money here. I call to make an appointment for a cleaning after receiving at least 5 messages from the office letting me know that I was due for a cleaning I called and they gave me an appointment for November and I got my cleaning done. I started having problems a week I call to make another appointment and they gave me an appointment for December 4th I came to the office to get check they told me I wasn’t gonna be able to be seen if I didn’t pay $157 when I asked why they told me that back in 2021 I had a cleaning done and my insurance didn’t cover it well that’s three years later never got a bill never anyone told me that I owe this money I left very upset and disappointed a week later I got a bill for over $400 dollars with the day of December 4 when I wasn’t even seen on that day and didn’t get any treatment done on that day! this message is for the doctor the owner of this office. I would really appreciate if you would reach out to me and help me take care of this situation also I think that he has to put more attention to his front desk the way they are doing business pushing patients away and being rude to everyone. I prefer someone there, and they were so rude on the phone didn’t even give her an appointment. I’m sure that when the owner reads this and start putting more attention he’s gonna really find out what’s going on in his front office. I have a really good credit and they threaten me to send me to collections and ruin my credit I I’m seriously thinking about getting legal advice. So frustrating!!!! My health insurance has not changed I have a PPO which covers everything? This is not true.

Dr. Feld is wonderful! The staff was great, scheduling was easy and I have recieved quality care at each and every visit.

Called on the phone about accepting new patients/ billing. I was told I’d be billed through my insurance provider. I show up and find out you must have cash or a credit card. Don’t waste your time

Dr Feld did my surgery yesterday. He was above and beyond any expectations I could have. I never meet a dentist as good as him in all my years. I just want to say THANK YOU so much. If I would have meet him sooner I would have done this many years ago. If your looking for a great gentle dentist who takes his time and answers every question you have choose him.I have recommended Dr Feld to my family and friends. Patients will be coming your way.
