Bad experience. First appointment, we arrived an hour early. They made us reschedule. The next appointment was a month later. The front desk was rude because she didn’t like my hand writing. She suggested that my signature should be better. After evaluation, they said they will get back to us in a week regarding treatment plan. It’s been 2 months & still waiting for a call back.

I arrived a few minutes before my appointment due to healthcare transportation policy that I have to be picked up an hour prior to the appointment. Multiple workers went in and left myself and my son standing outside for 25 minutes before letting us in. Then to add to it we still had to wait to be seen because they called someone who came after us first even though our appointment time was the first appointment of the day

I love how this office celebrates random "holiday" Today was Luau day and everyone was dressed up, wearing tropical shirts, leis, and grass skirts, and they handed out leis to everyone. To some that may not seem like a big deal, but for me, it showed how much they appreciate their patients. Both my kids were treated here and now I am in Invisalign treatment. Overall I am very happy with the practice. I mean, there are no wait times, everything is explained to me, and the front desk is very friendly. Dr. Spannhake is informative, and the assistants are thorough. I love that I hear the staff laughing and having fun. It makes being there more relaxing.

I was referred to Dr. Spannhake’s office for orthodontia to correct bite issues, tooth mobility problems and gum recession. I have been a patient of this practice for about a year for invisalign treatment and can highly recommend it! Dr. Spannhake and her staff are very skilled and knowledgeable and provided top notch care. I was always taken for my appointment on time, no long waits, and everyone was friendly and accommodating. Dr. Spannhake checked on my progress every single visit, even if it was a simple appointment to pick up the next set of invisalign trays. The office is clean and well organized. The equipment is state of the art; the office uses computers to get precise tooth/gum measurements, rather than molds and trays. Dr. Spannhake and her amazing staff made the process easy and painless and I am very pleased with the results! Highly recommend!!!

I have been in treatment with Dr. Spannhake for a year now. The assistants are the best and make the experience GREAT!!!! It’s never a chore to come to my appointments, I look forward to it. The front desk is very welcoming. Dr. Spannhake is very knowledgeable & nice. I have traveled to the Westminster office, and Melissa is phenomenal.
