I found out today Dr. Becker is a very caring doctor and person. I am not his patient. I am visiting my love ones in Columbia and faced dental emergency and in need of immediate attention of a dentist. Through google search I noticed his name and called Dr. Becker, he willingly listened to my symptom and in our phone consultation he gave me a good instruction knowing that I am not his patient.! Dr Becker’s medical advise put me at ease and my gum is healing better. A caring doctor a good human being. I am very grateful.

I have been an extremely satisfied customer of Dr. Becker and Dr. Ford for over 10 years. I trust them to manage my dental health so much that even though I recently moved to Florida, I will still be making appointments and flying back to Maryland to see Dr. Becker at the Ellicott City office!

Have been going to Dr. Becker for years. Great dentist, no complaints about his dental skills. However, his staff is absolutely awful. There office manager has no social or customer service skills. Their accounting is always off and not up to date and they provide no customer sevice whatsoever. If you are having work done, be prepared to pay more then expected and make sure you keep your receipt for PROOF. Most likely, you will need to prove to them you have already paid. Unfortunately, my family won’t be going back here again due to the unprofessionalism of the staff/office workers. Too bad.
