just like a few others mentioned! Watch out! Even with insurance you will be charged out of pocket without a heads up! Dentist referred my daughter here due to pain in her tooth. Her dentist thought she may need a root canal or just a filling redone. My daughter's dentist sent over x-rays with the referral. The staff looked at her x-rays and then called me and told me my daughter needed a root canal. I didn't feel comfortable with them making that decision without examining her. I decided to hold off and in the meantime asked her regular dentist if she could just redo the filling and see if the pain resolves. But again her dentist didn't want to do that and insisted we get an evaluation with the endodontist. So a few months later I called this office and scheduled her for an evaluation, not a root canal appointment. I took my daughter in and the assistant said she needed better x-rays done and took some new ones. Then the endodontist evaluated my daughter and determined that she needed the filling replaced NOT a root canal. As I was checking out I was told I owed $120 since the x-rays are 3D and insurance doesn't cover these fancy x-rays. Poor business tactic! Most people want to know if there is an out of pocket cost before service..I never even heard of a 3d x-ray and was not explained that the x-ray being taken was something different than a regular x-ray that won't be covered.

I just had a root canal this morning. Dr. Hack was the specialist that performed the procedure and her assistant Katie. It was a very pleasant experience. Dr. Hack did an excellent work. I am very anxious bec., it’s been awhile since i last had a major work done in my teeth. Both Dr. Hack and Katie was awesome in making me feel relax and comfortable. Procedure itself did not take long. They have hightech equipments. It was a painless root canal. No post op pain whatsoever. Everyone is friendly. Great experience. Highly recommend 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Beware of the unnecessary "3 dimension " X ray that they will try to sell you. Incidentally the insurance companies don't cover it and they will tell you that is imperative to the diagnosis. ( it is not, I left their office and went to a very reliable dentist and he did just fine with the regular x ray).

I had to have an unexpected root canal procedure and they were so helpful and timely in getting me an appointment even though I was a new patient. When I got there they explained every single step of the way and made sure to keep me informed throughout the procedure. The whole thing only took around 40 minutes and that’s not even the best part, I have absolutely no soreness or pain, AT ALL! The moment the numbness wore out I felt completely fine. They are amazing! 10/10 recommend

Was referred to this place by my main dentist after confirmation that a root canal was needed. Since I had never ever had one before I was TERRIFIED! BUT I was in so much pain I was willing to go through and pay the hefty fee (lol). It was honestly such an amazing and easy experience. I would recommend this place to anyone with a dental fear or a particular fear of root canals. It was easier than a cleaning!!!!!! I am so happy to have gone here and to not be in dental agony anymore!!! And Dr. Hack was amazing and sweet!!!!!!!
