This has to be one of the best scam Dental Offices I have ever been too. Literally. First, I get a crown ( or whatever it’s called), and they told me it would be $1300 out of pocket. I get bills months later for hundreds more and I end up paying over $2000 just for that procedure. There were others as well. To make matters worse, the bill was sent a year after the procedure that I paid in full...at least I thought. Needless to say, every time I go here, I get an astronomical bill months later. I called the insurance company and they said This Dental Practice changes the codes and charge higher fees. So, I met with the office manager Ruth, and she gave me every excuse as to why I am getting these charges. She blamed it on accounting, then the insurance company, then she said the price went up,.etc. This place is a total rip off. She act like she was waive a couple of fees, but it was a scam to make me think she was trying to lessen the blow. It’s better for you to go to a Dental school than to go to this Practice. They finagle what your insurance pays into the higher price, so it will appear as if the insurance money was nothing. Everything I am saying to you is pure facts. The doctor will take you into his office, and create problems that doesn’t exist. Create 20k worth of work I needed to get and I don’t any issues. Also, tried to get me to do a sleep study. I’m stating everything that I experienced. I operate with the highest integrity and I refuse to go somewhere that operates with NO INTEGRITY. REFRAIN FROM COMING HERE. You will regret it! I HAVE BANK RECEIPTS AND BILLS TO PROVE EVERY STATEMENT. I OPERATE WITH THE HIGHEST OF INTERGRITY. I’M NOT THE ONLY ONE. I have receipts and bank statements. GOD IS MY WITNESS. AGAIN, BEWARE OF THIS DENTAL OFFICE! Ruth emailed me and tried to get me to retract this review. I am a whistleblower of this practice. If none of what I’m saying is true, then why did a have to meet with her several times, and why did I have to call the insurance multiple times? Total scammers! Again, GOD is my Witness!

I went in for an emergency consult. The appointment was at 3:30, I arrived at 3:22. I was finally brought back at 4:13pm. All I asked for were x-rays and an evaluation on the status of one tooth because my current dentist’s systems were down and they couldn’t send my records to my primary care doctor. Instead, I get told that I am the world’s worst flosser and don’t know how to brush because my gums are inflamed. I mentioned that I just started Invisalign, which irritates my gums and I get a snide remark about how it must have been awhile since I had my teeth cleaned. I had them cleaned last month. They then kept trying to book me in for follow-up visits, despite knowing that I was paying out of pocket because they do not accept my insurance.

Went on initial consult, came back for scan then Doctor came in trying to explain treatment and had to correct himself twice. Money person came in next unclear what actual cost figures were. Said she would clarify and respond. Never heard back. Called to check and somewhat rude front desk person after grilling me said she would check never heard back. Guess they don’t want my 60k.

Very please with the professionalism of the entire staff. I have never had such a thorough examination in my entire life. Dr Lee is clear and consise in his recommendations of what needs to be done. I highly recommend the entire team for your dental needs.

I’ve been looking for a new dentist for a while now, and I cam across Dr. Lee’s office in Columbia. I’m glad I did, because this was the best dental experience I’ve ever had. From the moment I called to schedule an appointment, I could tell that this was going to be a good fit for me. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and professional. The admin staff was very helpful in answering questions and provided me with very reasonable payment solutions since I don’t have dental insurance. The hygienist was extremely thorough and provided me with detailed information about my teeth and what specific areas I needed to focus on. The environment was comfortable and enjoyable. The entire experience was like nothing I’ve had before and I highly recommend anyone to come to Dr. Lee’s office
