Terrible first impression today. Had a 4:00 appt for my son, we arrived 10 min early for paperwork and were finally taken back to a treatment room at 4:30 by the receptionist.. with no sign of the doc we left 15 minutes later. Front desk told me there was only one doctor in and they were down a tech. A courtesy call that they were running really behind would have saved a lot of time and frustration.

Been going here for all my braces work and Dr. Mahmoudi and the staff there are incredible. Terri did a wonderful job with the lasso on my lower teeth also!

They violated all kinds of HIPPA, State, And federal laws. The employee lied about her name after being completely dissmissive, disrespectful, and rude. I feel completely unsafe and violated.
