Dentistry For Children Maryland - Columbia

Initially my 6 year old was very nervous while hearing the little ones crying in the back, but Jocelyn made sure he was comfortable before touching his teeth. She walked him through everything she was doing in a way he would understand which helped ease his anxiety. Dr. Jenkins was absolutely amazing when walking me through my son’s treatment plan and everything that needed to get done. Dr Jenkins was also gentle during the exam. All of the staff took their time and was attentive to each patient as if we were the only ones in the office. 10/10 will recommend to all my mamas of little ones.

My child has been coming to Dr. Jenkins at Dentistry for Children since she was 2 years old. There is one closer to our home but we keep coming back because of the amazing experience at the Columbia location. My daughter has no fear of going to the dentist. She loves Dr. Jenkins. He has a great rapport with kids and explains all that she should do to care for her teeth. The hygienists are all fantastic and the office staff is efficient and friendly. We never have a long wait and are promptly seen when we arrive. They take the time to answer all of my questions (I’ve had quite a few) with patience. The office is cleanly and has kid screens with movies playing and tablet games for kids to play in the waiting area. If you are looking for a place for your child to have their teeth cared for, look no further.

We started here about two years ago. Dr. Jenkins and his team Are very patient and so understanding with the kids. I have a kid that is very sensitive ,on the spectrum and dislikes hospitals . Dr Jenkins gives him head massages while working on him and what would have usually caused a huge meltdown is over before you realize it. Dr Jenkins are his team are so patient with my kids and they are very nice to them. I am very thankful for the quickness and effectiveness the practice provides for my son and their understanding in accommodating his additional needs. My other kids absolutely loves it here also and is always eager to visit the dentist… I am glad I have found a safe and comfortable place for my kid where he is not being judged but where they go out of their way to make him feel comfortable and happy 😃 it’s such a life saver 🛟 to have this experience at the dentist!! I would give 10 stars if I could. Thank you to Dr Jenkins and thank you to everyone on the team! They are always so polite, gentle and nice l!!!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I’ve been taking my son (who’s on the spectrum & nonverbal) to this facility for 5 years. I ABSOLUTELY love the staff, and how stellar our experiences always are. I appreciate the quickness and efficiency the staff always delivers. Dr. Jenkins and his team are immaculate and I’m so glad I’ve found somewhere comfortable and safe to take my son, where they can also accommodate for his needs.

My kids love this place, super nice staffs. It was my kids first time going to the dentist and I was worry they will have a hard time. Actually it was the opposite very kid friendly. This was exactly what I was looking for to take my kids too. I will recommend for all my family and friends to come here.
