If you’re looking for great customer service, professionalism, and just overall nice people - go see them! Dr. Wright and her staff (especially Lauren!) are all so kind and answer all the questions you may have about a dental procedure, cleaning, etc. Appointments are always done quickly; but I never feel rushed. I enjoy going to the dentist now because of them!

I love my team at Aesthetic Family Dentistry of Columbia. I was just in yesterday but have been a patient since I moved to MD a few years ago. From when I moved here to now, and from the front desk to the back of the office, it’s been a grade A experience start to finish every time. I had to get some more work done when I first came in since I hadn’t gone to a dentist in years before that, but they were great throughout the whole process. My dental health is strong year-round now and I really appreciate the support I get from the team. Most people dread their doctor’s appointments and especially their dentist’s appointments... but honestly, every time my appointment rolls around, I feel like I get the VIP treatment. They text me to check in if I’m good for my appointment, I show up and there’s pretty much never a wait, they’re incredible every step of the way every time, and then I’m right back out. I could almost swear that they open up every 6 months only to see me and then close back down and await my return. That’s the level of care I feel that the team provides. Extremely thankful and would highly, highly recommend.

My husband and I like many have neglected out teeth for years. Since quitting smoking we both had decided to start the journey of restoring our smiles and upon the suggestion of a friend we came to Aesthetic Family Dentistry of Columbia and put our faith in Dr. Wright and her team. Our first visit was obviously nerve wracking but the team here did everything they could to make us feel at ease and comfortable. What nervousness we had quickly subsided and we were able to actually enjoy ourselves! Denise and Hannah were amazing as well as Lauren at the front desk who broke everything down for us and was kind enough to email us a complete break down of work needed and how much it would cost... not to mention the office space and consultation rooms were beautiful! I couldn’t be more pleased with our experience here, who would have thought you could enjoy the dentist office?! I highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for a dentist.

After changing dentist 3 times over the past 3 years we have finally found a practice that we both love and want to stick with. Everyone you engage with has a welcoming personality and greets you when you walk in. They listen to your questions but also give you visual information. I wanted to get Zoom/ In Office whitening but other practices I went to just simply told me the price and what they had to offer. This didn’t give me the feeling that it was going to work especially since the process wasn’t cheap. They not only broke down the processes, the showed me their own before and afters of previous patients and I saw that it was a great option for immediate whitening. After my Zoom whitening session, I saw the difference and gained the smile I could be proud to show with my wife because she has very white teeth. Thank you so much: Lauren, Tina, Dr Wright and all the staff. I look forward to maintaining my dental hygiene needs right here.
