It’s very rare these days to find a business that lives up to its name, but Columbia Smiles Family Denistry does. I was looking to find a new dentist that "doesn’t hurt you" and l was lucky to find this awesome practice. When I first walked into the office it was warm and serene;, the staff were very friendly and helpful,; l found Dr. Hsu and his dental team to be highly skilled, up-to-date on the latest. techniques, and absolutely excellent. They made sure that "I didn’t hurt." I left there smiling!

From the front desk staff, to the dental assistants and my hygienist Jennifer, Columbia Family Dentistry is a phenomenal practice all around. Dr. Hsu is a wonderful dentist. He is kind, gentle, efficient and so very personable. I was terrified of getting the dreaded needle for my procedures, but I could barely feel the injection. I no longer tremble in fear at the thought of going to the dentist and I’m happy to have my dental routine back on track after an extended hiatus YAAY

This is a very well-organized and well-run dental clinic and Dr. Hsu is easily the best dentist I’ve been to so far. All of the staff here know how to do their jobs well and Dr. Hsu is clearly very passionate about his profession and I feel like I’m really getting what my money’s worth from him. He knows how to communicate with patients and coordinate with his other staff which are just as great very well. I’ve literally never seen a dentist care so much about doing their job and doing it right before. I feel like I’m not just money that goes in his pocket to him - I’m a patient that wants to know what’s going on, what I need, why I need it, and why it’s worth it or not worth it. There’s no BS or overselling.

Sharlene (Dental Hygienist): caring, competent and thorough. Aida (Dental Assistant): gentle, responsive, capable, made sure I was always comfortable. Dr. Hsu: Exceptional. The most informed and comprehensive review of my dental X-rays I have ever had; no pressure to get dental work done; an amazing level of dedication in making sure my dental work was painless and perfect.
