Im giving a one star on just the actions and racist words of the receptionist. Dr.viktor kit was a wonderful doctor and honestly if he wasnt retired I would return solely for him. He always made me feel comfortable and safe and explained everything in great detail and had a beautiful sense of humor you will be missed! The receptionist said and i quote, “Honey He Is A White Man Nobody Likes Him I Could Care Less If He Is Gone… WHAT DO YOU WANT?” Very Very Rude. The racism that followed was uncalled for and this is coming from a BLACK FEMALE !!! You guys need to find better help!

This office was referred to me because of Dr Kit’s fast and painless work. I called in to schedule an appointment but the receptionist was very RUDE she asked me whether my Dental plan was a PPO or HMO and because I said neither I was told they don’t accept it. So after 2 calls to my insurance company and 3 calls to the dental office because she was too lazy to do the work I explaining that this office is in network per the insurance website. So then she says well you have to call back Thursday. Later I found out from the person that referred me, the same lady was RUDE as hell to her as well. I was looking forward to booking with Dr. Kit but I will be going elsewhere

Dr. Kit was patient and took time to hear my fears. He was quick, professional and numb me well to do the procedure. He was funny to lighten the situation with me being fearful. I appreciate the time he took to help me and make sure I was taken care of. He had me out within an hour. I will recommend Dr. Kit from now on. Thank you for your help when no one else would take me.
