I’ll start by saying Dr.Murphy is AWESOME! He is always upbeat and positive when I visit the office, I never have any issues with him. This would be an amazing office if he did not have support staff that lack professionalism and passion for their careers. You call the office and it doesn’t matter who answers the phone and they all sound like your interrupting them from doing something or they don’t want to be at work! I get it but don’t work in a customer service industry if you don’t want to properly do your job! I have had issues before with people and nasty attitudes when contacting the office before, but today was my last straw! I called to have a referral and xrays sent to my oral surgeon a week prior to my appointment and the support staff advised she’ll send everything before my appointment. I arrive to my appointment today and guess what NO XRAYS! I immediately contact Dr. Murphys office and basically was told “she told you, you needed to come into the office and pick up the Xrays!” When that was a lie and instead of apologizing I got a teeth suck and a snarky remark! Moral of the story I will never step foot in this establishment due to the unprofessionalism and piss poor customer service of the support staff! So if you want a GREAT Dentist and nasty and rude workers this is the place for you! ☺️
