Thus used to be my main dentist. Finally I was able to take some time off last year during the covid to get started on getting my fillings done. They are only doing one quarter of my mouth at a time, which I don't agree with but im not a dentist. I got my top left done. Then had to get come back to get it adjusted because I couldn't get floss in between. Now everything gets stuck there and it sucks because I had to get a waterpik to get it out. Bedside manor is great, but having food stuck where a filling is supposed to be everytime you try to eat. Is extremely painful.

This little hidden gem is wonderful! Dr. Greenspan is very involved in your care, unlike some other practices where the Dentist shows up in the beginning and the end, she is there the entire time getting to know your issue hands on, orienting you and guiding you through the process. The technicians are wonderful and very attentive. At one point I was cold and they brought me a gown to keep warm! The receptionist is on point and the small reception area is properly spaced to meet social distancing guidelines along with 2 hand sanitizer stations. I gave it 4 starts just because the place is a bit small, tucked inside this plaza and both the interior and façade are a bit outdated. HOWEVER, the service, the hygiene, cleanliness, patient education, referrals, and friendliness of EVERYONE there is just wonderful! I have been twice and can confirm both times I have had excellent service! Highly recommend!

This is my first visit to this practice. I'm beyond impressed. Beginning with the office manager, Chris whose patience and warmth were much appreciated. The dental assistant whose name escapes me is very good. Now for Dr. Greenspan. She taught me a lot; taking her time, not rushing at all. I've been a dentist-phobe for years. This practice is extra caring. It's for sure a NO JUDGEMENT ZONE! If you need a dentist who caters to cowards, this is the spot you want. The only improvement I'd suggest is to include a very detailed map, starting with after the entrance to the parking lot., it's very confusing if you just add 90 Painters Mill Road as your destination.
