I truly love Aspen Dental. Everyone is so friendly and very professional. I thought my journey to a wonderful smile was going to be hard but they made it so much better. I’m blessed that Dr. Nelson took on my treatment plan. He came up with a plan that made my journey so much nicer and less stressful. When one idea didn’t work, Dr. Nelson came up with a perfect solution. I am so grateful. Also, Tiffany is so sweet and wonderful. She made me feel so at ease. She is always pleasant and kind. She is a treasured asset to Aspen. I love my experience with Aspen and will continue to trust them with my dental care. ❤️

Went there with my mom. They took x rays and said they would contact us about a treatment plan. No one ever called us. I called them but their phones were not working. I called the HQ and they couldn’t get in touch with them either. Worse service ever. This has been more than three weeks ago. Completely unprofessional. I wish I could give them a zero.

Aspen Dental was an awesome experience for me today. Everyone was so kind and respectful. The atmosphere was great everything area was very neat and clean. The employees professionalism was excellent. I will be returning for my treatment. I would recommend Aspen Dental to anyone who’s in need of any dental treatment. Everyone I have dealt with at Aspen Dental in Owings Mills have been absolutely fantastic. We’ve been in 4 times for an elderly family members dentures after hers were broken and every visit has been delightful. On our first visit, our introduction was from disgruntled customer who’s insurance declined coverage. Rather than engage with him, the front desk staff maintained their composure and handled the situation superbly. The front desk is the face of a company; the company chose wisely here. The lab tech and assistant we have seen regularly have been absolutely wonderful. Their smiles are infectious, they have been very patient with us, making us feel like they enjoy being there working with us. Their attitude is a genuine care to provide the best service possible. I can’t express my gratitude enough for the sincere care we have received.
