Greenstein Jeffrey DDS

As always, this is MY PLACE to go especially when I’ve neglected my teeth. Procrastination should be my first name, not my middle! I LOVE Ms. Erin but Dr. Greenstein comes in a very close 2nd. I don’t want to hurt his feelings! LOL. I’ve had numerous issues, and still have a couple I need to find time to correct, whether it be a cavity, crown, or cleaning, they are wonderful folks. Ms. Erin and Dr. Greenstein are down to earth and funny as they talk to you during whatever procedure you are having done. Whatever the issue they get me right into their chair when it’s convenient for me. My daily work is important and it’s difficult to take off so they see me in the early evenings after work which makes my life easier and less stressful. Just great people and get the job done. Thanks Ms. Erin and thanks Dr. Greenstein. The BEST!

I love this place! Everyone is so nice and they see you as a person not just a mouth to be looked at. Trish does a great job cleaning my teeth and has great advice and wisdom about dental care which I appreciate. Both the hygienist and the dentist always ask how I am doing and seem to really care about the answer. I don’t fear going to the dentist anymore and now go every 6 months. Highly recommend them.

Dr. Greenstein, Coretta, Lindsey, and the entire Dental Family made my cleaning experience fun and lovely! (Seriously. At the *dentist* — quite the feat, right?! 😁) I was welcomed by a St. Patty’s Day tree, with stickers all around that said things like, “Too Cute to Pinch.” I didn’t wait at ALL. (I didn’t even sit in the waiting room before they called me back). *Everyone* was friendly, and we had fascinating conversations — and no one talked *too* much. An example of their extraordinary empathy: in the room next to mine was a woman battling Alzheimer’s Disease. She was crying and shouting out as her teeth were cleaned. Instead of apologizing for her, or making jokes, they simply explained the situation in one sentence and moved on. When I walked by the room after my cleaning, I saw a man behind her, gently holding her shoulders, to try to help calm her. I’ll stop this review before it turns into a book 😊 Final word: if you have teeth, had teeth, or want teeth, the team at Dr. Greenstein’s office is the way to go! 😃

Everyone is so nice and friendly, all of the front office, assistants and dentists. Dr. Dancy was great. I had a tooth that was starting to really bother me. I called on a Friday and they were able to see me on Monday. The entire experience was very pleasant and they showed such concern for my comfort the entire time. Great experience.

This was my first office visit, and it can make you feel a little nervous going to a new dentist. Everyone was so nice! They made you feel so welcome and comfortable! Michelle my hygienist was awesome! She just talked through my whole cleaning so we didn’t sit there in silent, because you know you can’t really talk while you’re getting your teeth cleaned. Would highly recommend, if anyone is looking for a new dentist! Also the Dr. gave me a very thorough exam! Definitely 10/10!!
