First of let me say Dr. Markovitz’s practice is absolutely the BEST! Dr. Markovitz’s is extremely friendly, caring and supportive of his patients and overall care! I do however, want to give a special shout/thanks to Ms. Jackie. Ms. Jackie is also very patient, and caring. She keeps you updated on your progress and next steps. She is always positive and smiling! This is one place that I will not miss an appointment because going to this practice is like visiting family. It feels so warm and welcoming each and every time. I’ve been going for a little over a year and almost done with my treatment. AKA braces lol! For the last year Ms. Jackie has been the assistant that I personally wait for each visit. She makes any adjustment and fixes issues I may come across within her limits. Thank you so much Ms. Jackie. Can’t wait to see you guys in 4 weeks! Xoxox Shavawn

the staff are wonderful, caring and efficient. Dr. Markovitz is very personable, manages the office quickly. The wait time is almost zero. Rarely did I have sit for 5 minutes before being called back. I appreciate that they are considerate to get me in and out fast. The care I have received is excellent. I love the result of my aligners. Dr. Markovitz kindly worked with me so I could afford getting my teeth straight.

He is very, very detailed in his work. He will not let you leave until the results are amazing, which I appreciate. Appointments are fairly quick and the staff in the back are so friendly!

The front desk always makes me feel welcome and they are always professional, i been coming here for over a year and never had an issue. Dr. Markovitz does a good job and makes you understand what you need, i been using Invisalign and it has changed my smile so much. I can honestly say i 100% recommend, i couldn’t be any happier.

The office is great! Dr Markovitz is good but it’s his front desk staff and his assistants that I enjoy the most. I’m so bad with names but the woman (I think it was Lauren) who put my daughters braces on last Thursday was great. She speaks to my daughter and allows her to ask questions. My daughter is 12, and isn’t a young child anymore. She’s a great patient and she is capable of advocating for herself, this office is great with that. Even though my kid wasn’t complaining, Lauren still made sure she was doing okay. I appreciated that since my daughter is a trooper and never complains, well until she’s home. Front desk staff are great to. They always try to work with me with dates. My daughter started going to this office 7 months ago and I haven’t had any issues at all.
