They have been my dentist for at least 15 years. Dr Kneussl and Stephanie will take very good care of you. My whole family uses Bayview Dentistry. We would highly recommend their services.

I still have PTSD from when they misdiagnosed my root canal. It cost so much money and was one of the most painful experiences in my life. Please do not go there. They are extremely unprofessional and really do not know what they’re doing. I’m still paying for it over 10 years later because my teeth were destroyed by them as a teenager.

I have been going to Dr. Kneussl’s Office since I was young. I only went there because it was convenient and they took my parents insurance. About 7-8 years ago I had to get a Root Canal done, due to Dr. Kneussl keeping my braces on too long and I developed a cavity under the back bracket holding my wires into place. I kept going to his office because I had no say since I was still under my parents. About 7 months ago I scheduled an appointment because I had a bad taste in my mouth where the cap of the root canal was. When I went in I was in there for no longer than 5 minutes and had them tell me nothing was wrong and my cap was fine. About a month ago I called and made an appointment again and saw Dr. Toro because my cap was actually coming off (Like I knew before). Instead of trying to take the cap off and put it back on, she wedged it open and stuck glue inside. (I knew this was never going to work) She was rushing me and I know she did not want to deal with my issue since it was a Saturday Appointment. She even made that clear due to timing she had, but my appointment was at 8:30AM. My cap stayed on for not even a day and I was back to square one. At this point I am on my own insurance and decided to go see another Dentist. The other Dentist went to take my cap off and come to find out the tooth under neither was completely broken and it was not salvageable. You think this is why Dr. Kneussl’s Office kept blowing me off? I had a bacterial infection from food getting in the cap and now I am in the process of getting an implant which is costing me A LOT of money. If Dr. Kneussl’s Team would have taken the time to take the cap off I may not be going through this process. I would not recommend him to anyone and I will never go back there not even for an emergency!!! HORRIBLE DENTAL PRACTICE
