This dentist is by far the worst dentist that I have visited! I was lied to repeatedly. She managed to find more problem everytime I visited. The quality of work was poor and the fees that we agreed on kept going up. I guess there are no oversight because she is getting away with doing stuff that I thought I never thought possible! Do not say no one warned you!!

This was a terrible experience, the office manager after explaining I was already petrified of the ’dentist’ literally told me my only option was to have a 4k implant because otherwise he stated my teeth would fall out. This was so absurd! I have very healthy teeth and had two extractions three years ago due to a cracked root that had caused an infection. I was more flabbergasted at the fact this jerk isn’t even a dentist or dental assistant?!! The actual dentist in no way suggested any of my other teeth were going to fall out, hence the operation was COSMETIC (and of course insurance wont cover). I called my old dentist in tears who’s going to give me a free consultation because these people are stupid. This is the treatment and bs a state employee has to deal with? Of course, because these jerks including the short crap office manager offered the lowest bidder knowing they are going to attempt to rob any one of their earnings to make up the difference. Telling me he would cut me a deal of 100 whopping dollars off?? are you kidding me?? off 4 thousand?? jeez...This was the worst cusotmer service I’ve experienced in a long long time. Mc’ds does better than this with an hour wait. If you have the dhmo plan go to the westminster location, anything but here, I promise it will be worth the drive, smile and penny’s in your pocket!
