This office is concentrated on money making rather then care. Very disappointing experience. Also,the front desk girls are EXTREMELY RUDE when you call.

We have always had a great experience at Kids First Pediatric Dentistry but today was above and beyond. The offices were closed for renovations but Dr. Austin Bowden came in on his day off and found a place for him to see our daughter for an emergency. He was so flexible, knowledgeable, accommodating and truly so kind. Could not recommend This place more!!! He even followed up later in the day after he spoke with other colleagues. If you are looking for a dentist for your child look no further!!

Not a fan. We loved Dr. Alarcon (sp), but then Tracy Bowden brought in his son and she left. His son did not do a good job applying sealant with my younger son. It was applied sloppily and he clearly didn’t have the experience. There was a lot of anxiety and it was not handled well. We were not pleased with the experience and when Tracy Bowden examined our older son, we felt there was not much attention or care given. Hygienists were fine. We took our business elsewhere once Dr. Alarcon left.

This office has really changed. The front desk is rude and unhelpful. I had a $15 billing dispute that they chose to collect and lose our business over. Now I have to find a new dentist for my children after several years of going there. Hope they spend that $15 wisely because at this rate they will be losing many clients.

Everyone here is very pleasant. They schedule multiple children at once to make scheduling easy for parents. The waiting area is nice with free wifi and iPads, Xboxes and PS4 to keep the kids entertained.
